Termes et Conditions

V1.1 These conditions apply to all services provided by « Casino 770 », accessible from the website ‘casino-770enligne.fr’, hereinafter referred to as « Casino 770 ».

These conditions were filed by the firm SCP Hauguel et Schambourg, bailiffs, whose offices are located at 14, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré 75008 Paris, France, on August 4, 2010: PV20703530.

Casino 770 is owned and operated by Mandarin Gaming NV, a company registered under the laws of Curacao with registration number 95911 and a registered address at Groot Kwartierweg 10, Livestrong Building, Curacao. It holds a valid Operating Certificate issued by the Curacao Gaming Control Board, in conjunction with ancillary service provider LIVEPOINT TRADING LIMITED (registration number HE 322306), located at 22 Panagias Tinou, Strovolos, Nicosia, 2020, Cyprus, or COALDALE ENTERPRISES LIMITED (registration number HE 133609), also located at 22 Panagias Tinou, Strovolos, Nicosia, 2020, Cyprus.

INTRODUCTION: « Casino 770 » allows its players to purchase tokens and exchange them for items available in its online store, accessible from the website ‘casino-770enligne.fr’, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Site’. Using these tokens, players can participate in the games offered by « Casino 770 » in real mode.

Some providers may use token conversion on their machines into tEUR / TKN (100 tokens equal 100 tEUR / TKN).

Opening and Managing the Player Account Opening an Account When registering on the « Casino 770 » Site, the Player is assigned a personal player account. To register and open an account, the Player must provide the following information:

  • A valid email address (temporary and anonymous emails are strictly prohibited);
  • A telephone number owned by the Player (the bill must be in the Player’s name);
  • A username;
  • A secret password;
  • Confirmation that the person opening the account is of legal age;
  • Acknowledgment of all regulations applicable to the Site’s services.

With this account, the Player can acquire tokens, which will be credited to their player account, and participate in games offered by « Casino 770 ».

Non-Authorized Countries « Casino 770 » does not accept players from the following countries: Antarctica, Netherlands Antilles, Australia, Bahamas, Belgium, Belarus, Brazil, Bonaire – Sint Eustatius and Saba, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Curacao, Spain, Estonia, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Malta, Micronesia – Federated States of, Norway, Palau, Netherlands, Philippines, Romania, United Kingdom, Russia, American Samoa, Sint Maarten (Dutch part), Switzerland, Uruguay, United States, Aland Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, US Virgin Islands.

Account Organization Each « Casino 770 » account consists of two sections:

  • Chips Account Section: This account holds chips acquired by the Player or won through games offered by « Casino 770 ». Only chips available in this account can be played and exchanged.
  • Bonus Account Section: Tokens obtained through offers and bonuses from « Casino 770 » are credited to this account.

Account Holder Conditions for Account Holders An account holder is defined as the player who has opened an account on the « Casino 770 » Site to enjoy the games and services offered. It is strictly forbidden for any player to have more than one account on « Casino 770 » or for the same household (defined as one or more individuals living at the same home and/or address) to open more than one account. If violated, « Casino 770 » reserves the right to sanction the individual(s) involved, in accordance with Article 9.2 « Sanctions » of the regulations. Each player’s account is personal and non-transferable. The account holder agrees not to allow any third party to use their account, directly or indirectly.

Use of Usernames and Passwords The personal information provided by the Player upon registration with « Casino 770 » is strictly confidential. The Player acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to keep their personal data confidential, including their email address, telephone number, password, and personal code. The Player must inform « Casino 770 » in writing as soon as possible of any fraudulent use of their password, personal code, or username.

Automatic Account Closure A Player’s account will be automatically suspended if the Player does not log in or access the games and services offered by « Casino 770 » for twelve consecutive months. This period renews as soon as the Player logs in again. Upon suspension, any chips remaining in the Player’s account will be automatically forfeited.

Account Closure at the Player’s Request According to Article 9 of these rules, the Player may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting « Casino 770 » customer service via the contact details provided on the site. The Player will receive an email confirmation once their account is closed by « Casino 770 » services. This email will specify the exact date and time of the account closure. From this official date, the Player will no longer be authorized to create a new account on the « Casino 770 » Site unless explicitly permitted by « Casino 770 » customer service. Only « Casino 770 » customer service can authorize the opening of a new account through written correspondence to the Player. If a Player opens a new account without authorization, « Casino 770 » reserves the right to void all game participations and withhold any potential winnings from this account.

Purchase of Tokens Procedure for Purchasing Chips Any Player registered on the « Casino 770 » Site can acquire chips using one of the following methods:

  • Bank card
  • Prepaid card
  • Electronic wallet

CASINO 770 may at any time offer its Players other methods for purchasing chips.

Each purchase will appear on the player’s account statement under one of the following references: CE*CAS770, INTERNET PAYMENT or Livepoint Trading.

The money deposited into the player’s account is always used before the bonus.

Bonus Tokens Obtaining Bonus Tokens The Player can obtain bonus tokens, credited to their bonus account, when participating in any promotional offer they are eligible for, after purchasing tokens in accordance with the specific terms and conditions of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion conditions, tokens obtained through the use of a reward code are limited to 20,000 tokens.

Each free bonus or reward code is subject to wagering requirements. The Playthrough represents the number of times or the amount that must be wagered for each reward bonus or free bonus. To deactivate the Playthrough of the last used reward code or bonus, the Player must either exchange tokens and forfeit the bonus or use all of their bonus credit. If the Player receives a second reward code or bonus while their credit is greater than 0 or the Playthrough of the previous reward or bonus has not been fully used, the system will accumulate the Playthrough of the last two reward or bonus codes. The following games are not included in the Playthrough calculation: Roulette, BlackJack, BlackJack Multihand, and Baccarat. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms and conditions, the Playthrough requirement for all “Casino 770” bonuses is 40.

Transferring Tokens from the Bonus Account to the Token Account The Player cannot convert tokens credited to their bonus account. Only tokens transferred to the Player’s token account can be converted.

BONUS SEEKER A Bonus Seeker, according to « Casino 770 », is a customer who abuses bonuses offered on the first purchase of chips or during regular promotions (10%-100% bonus) and repeatedly exchanges chips to play only with the bonuses offered by « Casino 770 ».

A user can use reward promotions only if their last transaction related to financial services is a purchase of chips. Once a user exchanges chips from their account, « Casino 770 » reserves the right to block the use of bonuses and other reward promotions. « Casino 770 » reminds all users that recredits are not considered chip purchases.

Any abusive and repetitive use of promotions offered by « Casino 770 » during chip purchases (including, but not limited to, partner promotions for payments, certificates, and/or reward certificates) by depositing only a minimum amount to play with bonuses may lead « Casino 770 », at its sole discretion, to categorize the user as a « Bonus Seeker, » or to block and/or terminate the user account and any related transactions.

Using a certificate without prior token purchase, which does not result in any gain, does not categorize a user as a “Bonus Seeker”.

Once « Casino 770 » declares a user as a “Bonus Seeker,” the user will no longer be eligible for any promotional bonuses.

« Casino 770 » reserves the right to categorize a user as a « Bonus Seeker » in the following cases:

  • If the user exclusively uses bonus coupons to play on their account;
  • If the amount of bonus coupons played exceeds the total amount deposited by the user;
  • If the user uses more than one bonus per day.

The Player has 15 days to credit a free bonus or reward code. After this period, unless otherwise stated, the code will expire.

Token Conversion General Conditions for Converting Tokens Only « Casino 770 » tokens in a Player’s token account can be converted. Tokens can be converted for items offered in the Site’s virtual store or for money. The Player wishing to convert tokens must have completed the information mentioned in Article 1.

Converting Tokens to Products Tokens can be exchanged for items from the Site’s virtual store.

Delivery Conditions Items ordered from the Site’s virtual store will be sent exclusively to the Account Holder from whose account the order was placed.

Upon receipt of the Player’s order, « Casino 770 » will verify the availability of the ordered items. If items are unavailable or out of stock, « Casino 770 » will either offer a similar item at a comparable price or re-credit the Player’s account with the number of tokens used for the order within 30 days of order confirmation. If the items are available, they will be delivered within 30 days of the order confirmation.

The order confirmation date corresponds to the date on which the Player received an email confirming their transaction number.

Product Warranty In case of issues with an ordered and/or delivered product, the Player should contact « Casino 770 » at [email protected] for assistance.

The shipping costs of the items are the responsibility of the Player who placed the order. However, if the conformity guarantee applies to the returned items, the Player will be reimbursed for all related return costs.

Converting Tokens to Cash Tokens are converted at a rate of 100 tokens for 1 euro, through one of the Internet services offered by « Casino 770 ». Token conversions are processed immediately. The minimum number of tokens required for conversion to cash is 2,000 tokens.

« Casino 770 » offers various free bonuses, such as welcome bonuses, loyalty bonuses, account reactivation bonuses, and more, allowing you to play without prior token purchases. However, to exchange any sums offered through these bonuses, you must wager 40 times the initial bonus amount and make a minimum token purchase of €20.

Before processing any withdrawal, your use of the Services will be reviewed for irregular gaming patterns. To ensure fair gaming, even, draw, low margin, or hedge bets will be considered irregular play patterns. Other irregular play patterns for bonus wagering requirements include, but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or greater than 30% of your total balance (including any bonus) until wagering requirements are met. If « Casino 770 » identifies irregular play patterns, we reserve the right to withhold withdrawals, confiscate winnings and bonuses, and disable future promotional offers for such players.

Only Account Holders who have fully completed their Account Details (including, but not limited to, their RIB or RIP) may access the conversion section of the « Casino 770 » Site. Additionally, only Holders who have provided the following documents will be eligible for token conversion payments:

  • Identity document (ID card, passport, or driving license);
  • Proof of address (electricity, water, or gas bill) less than 3 months old, required exclusively for accounts created online;
  • Telephone bill for the number used as an identifier, dated within the last 3 months;
  • Bank or postal identity statement (RIB or RIP);
  • A copy of the bank card(s) used for chip purchases.

If the Player used a prepaid mobile phone, a copy of the contract for the corresponding line will be requested instead of the telephone bill.

Payment Methods Several methods are available for the payment in cash of token conversions, namely: bank transfer, credit card payment, electronic wallet. The Player must therefore provide their bank or postal identity statement (RIB or RIP), obligatorily in their name, in addition to the other mandatory information.

The Player formally accepts that it will not be permitted to proceed with any conversion, either in the form of an item from the virtual store or for money, if some of the information indicated in article 1 of these regulations is incomplete or incorrect.

Limitations As a reminder, the tokens received following a purchase made by the Player on their player account can only be used to acquire items on the virtual store of « Casino 770 » or to participate in a game offered by « Casino 770 ». Under no circumstances is it authorized to acquire tokens for the primary purpose of exchanging them for money without having acquired items or participated in the games of « Casino 770 ».

To combat this inappropriate use, « Casino 770 » will carry out the necessary checks for each request to convert tokens into money, in order to establish that the tokens in question were acquired for the primary purpose of acquiring items or participating in the games of « Casino 770 ».

As part of these checks, « Casino 770 » will take into consideration the proportion of tokens that were used to participate in the games of « Casino 770 » or to acquire items.

If it turns out during a request for a transfer of cash tokens that less than 20% of the tokens previously purchased have been used to participate in games or to purchase items available on our virtual store, « Casino 770 » reserves the right to cancel the transfer of cash tokens.

Conditions of Participation in the Games General By participating in the games of “Casino 770” (hereinafter referred to as “the Games”), Players can earn tokens and then exchange these tokens for items or cash.

Please note that the means of participation vary depending on the games of “Casino 770” in which the Player participates.

Participation in Games The Account Holder is the only person authorized to use the tokens available on their account. For this purpose, access to the player account is protected by a personal and confidential code.

The Account Holder must be an adult natural person.

No person employed by the following organizations, as well as no member of their household and family (including their parents, spouses, children, brothers and sisters, etc.) is authorized to open a player account on « Casino 770 »:

  • «Casino 770»
  • the companies that helped design, organize, produce, and distribute the game and/or promotion
  • the bailiff’s office SCP Hauguel and Schambourg

« Casino 770 » reserves the right to exclude from its games any Player who takes part in an inappropriate and/or unfair manner (for example by using a « robot » or any other process likely to automate participation) or who harms the proper functioning of the games of « Casino 770 ». In such cases, the participations of the Player in question will be considered null and void, without prejudice to any damages « Casino 770 » and/or its service providers may claim.

Similarly, « Casino 770 » reserves the right to exclude from the Games any Player who shows signs of addiction or addictive behavior. This includes Players who are clearly not participating in the games of « Casino 770 » in a playful spirit or who spend excessive time on the games and services of « Casino 770 ». Generally, any Player spending more than two hours per day on the games and services of « Casino 770 » can be considered to have a gambling addiction.

« Casino 770 » also reserves the right to exclude any Player who commits malicious, deceptive, and/or unauthorized acts, including but not limited to:

  • intentional communication of incorrect, misleading, or invalid personal data
  • intentional implementation of disruptions and/or errors to influence the course and/or result of the Game
  • opening multiple player accounts
  • using methods to reduce or eliminate any chance as to the game outcome

« Casino 770 » reserves the right, in cases of abusive behavior, to deactivate/exclude a player account without notice and to cancel their participation in the games.

« Casino 770 » reserves the right to carry out all necessary checks to ensure the validity of the Player’s participation in the games and the veracity of the information provided to customer service. To perform these checks, « Casino 770 » may deactivate a Player’s account without prior notification for the duration of the verification process.

Method of Participation The Player must record the times and games in which they participated when completing a reimbursement request form (see art.8 of these regulations).

Participation via the Internet The Player may participate in the games of « Casino 770 » by connecting to the Internet at casino-770enligne.fr, published by « Casino 770 ».

To do this, the Player must have opened a player account on « Casino 770 ».

Once connected using their personal username and password, the Player selects the Game they wish to play.

To participate via the Internet, the Player must use a token with a unit value of €0.01 for each participation.

Multiplayer and live games, including Roulette Classic Live, Roulette Multiplayer, and Roulette Live/Live Auto, are not accessible if the player’s balance contains active bonuses. The player must first use these bonuses on other games.

For games like European Roulette, Platinum Roulette, Blackjack VIP, and others listed, the player can only use their cash balance even if the total balance includes bonus chips.

Principle, Allocations, and Payment of Prizes Principle and Prizes of the Games Specific rules for each Game explain the principles and prizes. The Rules of « Casino 770 » contain all applicable regulations.

The Player acknowledges that all chips won remain the full property of « Casino 770 » until they are converted or lost during gameplay.

By participating in “Casino 770” promotions, any player agrees that their first name, the first letter of their last name, their photo (if applicable), and their prize may be mentioned on the site and blog.

Payment of Winnings Players who win tokens will have them credited to their token account as soon as the game ends.

During marketing operations, « Casino 770 » may offer prizes other than tokens. Specific terms will outline the process for claiming these prizes.

Guarantee and Liability « Casino 770 » guarantees the authenticity of the prizes and its complete impartiality in the running of its Games.

The Player acknowledges the technical limitations of « Casino 770 » servers. In the event of server malfunctions, « Casino 770 » reserves the right to cancel all or part of the Player’s participations during the malfunction, especially if games no longer operate according to their rules.

« Casino 770 » reserves the right, at any time and at its own discretion, to suspend, interrupt, alter, and/or terminate its games. « Casino 770 » will file any modifications of the rules with SCP Hauguel et Schambourg, bailiffs in Paris, and will announce these changes on its web servers.

« Casino 770 » shall not be held liable in any way by or towards the Participant for any operational problems, failures, and/or errors, including but not limited to:

  • Any malfunction of postal, telephone, Internet services, or the technical and electronic equipment of “Casino 770”, as well as the transmission of any data or information
  • Any suspension, interruption, termination, or alteration of the game
  • Any failure or error due to faulty transmission by the telephone network and/or Internet or to a technical fault preventing or limiting participation in the Game

Refund Conditions Players may obtain a refund of their participation fees in the Games, provided they comply with the following conditions:

  • The Player must make their refund request by one of the following means:
    • Via the Internet on the site casino-770enligne.fr, or any other site published by “Casino 770”
    • By post to the following address: “Casino 770”, Wisteria House, Clarendon Road, South Woodford, London, E18 2AW, England
  • The Player must submit any refund request within 30 days from the date of participation in the games. After this period, refund requests will not be accepted.
  • The Player may only request the reimbursement of tokens that have been used to access a game. Under no circumstances may the Player withdraw the “bonuses” obtained without fulfilling the wagering conditions (playthrough) linked to the bonuses.

When requesting a refund, the Player must provide the following information:

  • Their username
  • Their contact details
  • A photocopy of their identity card
  • The date and time of their participation in the game
  • Screenshots of every bet made
  • Any other document serving as proof of token purchase

« Casino 770 » undertakes to reimburse the Player for connection fees upon presentation of an invoice from their Internet service provider. « Casino 770 » also undertakes to process any reimbursement within 1 month from the date of receipt of the Player’s request.

Please note that bank transfers or transfers to our partners’ accounts will be made at the beginning of each month following the Player’s reimbursement request.

« Casino 770 » reserves the right to conduct checks for each token-to-cash conversion request to ensure that the Player has used the tokens to participate in a game or to purchase an item on the « Casino 770 » virtual store. « Casino 770 » reserves the right to carry out all necessary checks to validate refund requests.

Under no circumstances may the total amount of refunds requested exceed the total amount the Player has actually spent to participate in the Game or the total amount deposited into the account. Under no circumstances may a Player request reimbursement for participation costs if they have not incurred them personally or cannot prove they have incurred them. In the event of a dispute, « Casino 770 » reserves the right to ask the Player for additional proof.

« Casino 770 » will reimburse participation costs exclusively to the person who incurred these costs, even if this person is not the Player. « Casino 770 » will make any reimbursement by check sent to the contact details provided by the Player when requesting reimbursement, within 1 month from receipt of the completed form(s).

If applicable, the Player will be reimbursed for postage costs related to the request for these rules, at the current standard rate. To do so, the Player must submit a written request.

The Player acknowledges that chips won remain the full property of « Casino 770 » until they are converted into items or money, or until they are lost.

Refund forms must be sent by post to the following address: “Casino 770” Wisteria House, Clarendon Road South Woodford, London E18 2AW, England

No correspondence presenting an anomaly (e.g., incomplete, illegible, or insufficiently stamped refund request forms) will be considered.

These regulations (PV 20703530) are filed with the office of Maitres Hauguel and Schambourg, bailiffs in Paris 8th, on August 4, 2010.

Evidence to be Provided In the event of a dispute, it is the Player’s responsibility to provide the necessary supporting documents to prove they have won a prize from participating in a game.

« Casino 770 » has a computer archiving system that stores all data related to connections and server operations. The Player acknowledges that the archived data will serve as conclusive evidence.

Additionally, by participating in the games offered by « Casino 770, » the Player accepts and agrees to these rules without reservation. « Casino 770 » reserves the right to exclude any Player who does not comply with these rules.

Prevention, Control, and Sanctions Prevention and Control To combat fraud, « Casino 770 » reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to block a Player’s account for up to one month. During this period, the Player will be unable to access their account, perform transactions, or participate in « Casino 770 » games. All current transactions will be suspended for the duration of the account block.

Sanctions General Provisions If the Player fails to comply with any regulations applicable to « Casino 770 » games and services, « Casino 770 » reserves the right to apply one or more of the following sanctions:

  • Warning: The Player will receive a warning from « Casino 770 » for non-compliance with the rules, inappropriate behavior, or any other reason deemed legitimate by « Casino 770 ». The warning will be communicated by telephone or email and recorded in the Player’s file. Two warnings will result in temporary exclusion.
  • Temporary Exclusion (1 to 6 months): The Player’s account will be closed for a specified period, during which they cannot open another account.
  • Final and Permanent Exclusion: The Player’s account will be closed indefinitely, with no possibility of reopening or creating another account.

If a Player is excluded, temporarily or permanently, « Casino 770 » will settle the account after reviewing all operations and transactions.

Sanction Related to Username « Casino 770 » reserves the right to immediately block the account of a Player who chooses an offensive, vulgar, racist, or otherwise inappropriate username. The Player will not be entitled to reopen their account or receive payments for conversions.

A Player whose account is blocked for these reasons may contest the sanction by sending an email to [email protected].

Authorization of Participants By participating in the games and receiving prizes, the winning Player authorizes « Casino 770 » to use and distribute their name, address, image (animated or not), and city and department of residence for marketing and promotional purposes on any medium for one year from the prize payment date. The Player acknowledges they will not claim any rights or remuneration beyond the prize payment.

If a winner objects to the use of their contact details, they must notify « Casino 770 » by sending a letter to the following address: “Casino 770” Wisteria House, Clarendon Road South Woodford, London E18 2AW, England

In addition, “Casino 770” reserves the right to organize promotional events or press conferences with Players who have won prizes valued at 500 euros or more (or an equivalent amount in chips).

Data Protection and Freedoms « Casino 770 » informs the Player that personal information collected is necessary for the use of the games and services offered by « Casino 770 ».

In accordance with the French Data Protection and Freedoms Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the Player has the right to oppose, access, modify, rectify, and delete personal information concerning them. « Casino 770 » commits to using this information solely for the purpose of providing games and services to Players.

However, as part of its commercial agreements, « Casino 770 » may transfer Players’ personal data to its commercial partners. By using the services, you agree to receive marketing emails from our partner sites. Any Player can exercise their right to object by using the contact form provided on the Site at casino-770enligne.fr or by sending a request to the address indicated above.

Filing of the Regulations « Casino 770 » filed these regulations, along with all game regulations, with the office of Maitres Hauguel and Schambourg, bailiffs in Paris 8th, on August 4, 2010 (PV 20703530).

THIS AGREEMENT IS DEEMED ACCEPTED AND SIGNED BY “Casino 770” AS SET FORTH IN THE INTRODUCTORY PARAGRAPH ABOVE UNDER THE HEADING TERMS OF SERVICE, AS OF THE DATE THE SOFTWARE WAS INSTALLED BY THE USER.
